This role focuses on gathering and documenting business requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications, and supporting the delivery of ServiceNow solutions in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong ServiceNow experience, solid business analysis skills, and the ability to effectively bridge business needs with technical teams while ensuring alignment with SDLC and ITIL best practices.Responsibilities:Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholdersCreate user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and functional specificationsCollaborate with developers and technical teams to support ServiceNow enhancements and implementationsParticipate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and backlog refinementEnsure solutions align with SDLC and ITIL frameworksFacilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teamsSupport continuous improvement of ServiceNow processes and platform capabilitiesRequirements:4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst3+ years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platformStrong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and ITIL practicesExperience writing user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and functional specificationsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience with Agile tools such as Jira or ServiceNow Agile Development (preferred)Experience in higher education environments (preferred)ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CIS (preferred)Interested?
