Backend Java Developer

Backend Java DeveloperWe are seeking an experienced Backend Java Developer with 8–15 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade backend applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Kafka, Oracle, and PL/SQL, along with experience in Cards & Payments or Asset & Wealth Management domains.Role and Responsibilities:Lead the design and implementation of scalable microservices architecture to improve system performance and reliability.Design, develop, and deploy RESTful web services for seamless application integration.Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Integrate Kafka for real-time data streaming and messaging.Develop and optimize Oracle database solutions using PL/SQL.Build enterprise applications using Spring Boot and Spring Core.Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.Required Skills:8–15 years of Java development experience.Strong expertise in Core Java and SOLID Principles.Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Core, and Microservices.Experience developing RESTful Web Services.Strong experience with Apache Kafka.Oracle Database and PL/SQL development.Experience with distributed systems and enterprise application architecture.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Preferred Domain Experience:Cards & PaymentsAsset & Wealth ManagementQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.10+ years of enterprise Java development experience.Strong understanding of backend application design patterns and best practices.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior developers.
