Full Stack Engineer

Description:Hybrid Onsite Every Other Week in either Westlake, TX or Merrimack, NHOur client seeks a Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and optimize scalable web applications with a front-end focus. You will work across Angular and TypeScript on the client, integrate APIs with NodeJS and Java, and deploy solutions on AWS. The role supports advisor and client portfolio workflows and contributes to greenfield features, modernization, and automation within an agile team.Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.Rate: $68.00 to $78.00/hr. w2Responsibilities:Develop, optimize, and maintain large-scale web applications with a strong focus on Angular and TypeScript.Design and integrate APIs and microservices using NodeJS and Java with REST and Swagger.Implement cloud-based solutions and manage deployments using AWS services.Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile Scrum environment to deliver new features and modernization initiatives.Drive automation through CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks to improve reliability and speed.Apply software engineering best practices including design patterns, code reviews, and process improvements.Use source control and pull requests with GitHub for collaborative development.Contribute to portfolio analysis and proposal tools in support of advisor and client workflows. Experience Requirements:10+ years of full stack software development building enterprise web and middle-tier applications with Angular, TypeScript, and NodeJS.Experience with API design and development and microservices architecture using Java, REST, and Swagger.Proficiency with AWS services for deploying and managing applications.Familiarity with database frameworks such as DynamoDB and Oracle.Experience with GitHub, pull requests, and collaborative development workflows.Hands-on experience creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with tools like Jenkins.Experience with unit testing and test automation libraries and strategies.Experience with test frameworks including jUnit, Cucumber, Selenium, and Serenity.Background working in an Agile Scrum environment.Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.Demonstrated application of software engineering best practices including design patterns, test frameworks, and CI systems.Commitment to continuous learning and adoption of modern technologies and frameworks.
