OverviewThis role is responsible for the development and support of enterprise solutions with .NET, SharePoint, and other leading-edge technologies.Job is an individual contributor and has no direct reports.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop portal content and applications that integrate with other enterprise systems and third-party products.Integrate non-SharePoint related services into SharePoint applications as directed.Provide application development and support expertise to end users and other IT applications team members.Conduct research on emerging Web, SharePoint development tools and present findings to IT leadership team.Recommend, schedule, and perform software improvements and upgrades for a variety of applications including, but not limited to enterprise-wide applications.Design and develop integration solutions between enterprise-wide, custom-built and other applications.Provide end user support for off-the-shelf and in-house software packages.Provide support and guidance to other team members in conceptualizing and developing web application solutions.Evaluate and recommend software solutions and lead the implementation of approved applications.This role has the responsibility to understand and places in practice appropriate safety procedures as applicable, through education, training, use of protective equipment, and by following safety policies, regulations, standards, and laws.Perform other duties as assigned.Required Skills3-5 years of experience in related field is preferred.Excellent proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite products.Experience with a variety of applications and technologies including SharePoint, .NET and SQL Server.Experience in Web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, verbally and in writing, with individuals at all levels and to develop successful relationships within an organization.Skilled at working within a team-oriented, collaborative environment.Ability to present ideas and solutions in business-friendly and user-friendly language.Highly self-motivated and self-directed.Keen attention to detail.BA/BS or equivalent is preferred.Work is generally performed within a business professional office environment, with standard office equipment available.Work conditions are typical of an office environment.This role does not require any domestic travel.Position may require the physical agility of lifting up to 15 pounds.Position may require frequent and/or infrequent bending, squatting, pushing, pulling, stretching/reaching, use of hands or fingers, talking, hearing, feeling objects, tools, controls and standing/walking on concrete flooring.Position may require the physical ability to stand/walk for less than 4 hours.J-18808-Ljbffr
