This is a full-time, permanent position that offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. As an Outpatient Clinic RN, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality primary care to a diverse patient population. With a specific focus on outpatient primary care, this role demands a high level of professionalism, clinical expertise, and patient empathy. If you are a skilled nurse with a passion for providing exceptional care, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities:Provide exceptional patient care in an outpatient primary care setting, ensuring a high level of comfort and safety at all times.Conduct patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and monitor patient progress.Administer medications, perform diagnostic tests, and interpret test results.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and the appropriate management of illnesses and injuries.Document patient interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and emerging trends in outpatient primary care.Adhere to all clinic policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to nursing practice.Qualifications:Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.Experience working in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or in primary care/community health setting is highly desirable.Exceptional clinical skills with a strong focus on patient safety and quality of care.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse patient population and multidisciplinary team.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound clinical decisions.Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.Commitment to continued professional development and lifelong learning.BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required, ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification preferred.Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
