Brand: Einstein Bros. Bagels Einstein Bros. Bagels has been baking fresh bagels daily since 1995. Job Summary We are looking for a General Manager to join our team. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the store and operate with a “treat it like you own it” philosophy. Responsibilities Our one‑shift model stores start opening at 4 am with the first bake. As GM you will ensure the store is audit‑ready, execute catering/mobile/in‑store orders, and provide an exceptional customer experience. You will float to all positions during breakfast and lunch rushes, manage breaks, and generate positive customer survey results. After closing at 2 pm you will complete closing, deposit to the bank, and prepare for the next day. You may handle scheduling, ordering, inventory, and administrative tasks before opening and after closing. You will receive 5 weeks of training. Qualifications 1–3 years of General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting Hands‑on operational experience and ability to motivate and inspire a team Familiarity with P&L analysis and proven strategies for achieving food‑cost and labor targets Experience recruiting quality team members and developing internal talent Must be at least 18 years old Compensation Competitive pay: $55,000–$58,000 5‑week training 401 K with company match Paid Time Off (PTO) – accrue 180 hours in the first year Hourly Rate $19.50 – $34.13 per hour, starting pay subject to local and state minimum wage regulations.
