What Success Looks LikeConsistently building and managing a strong sales pipelineWinning multi-year maintenance contractsNavigating competitive RFP processes with confidencePresenting to HOA boards, committees, executives, and municipal leadersStrategically pricing and negotiating profitable agreementsCollaborating with operations to ensure seamless onboarding and deliveryThis is a high-visibility role where your wins directly shape the company's footprint in South Florida. RequirementsWhat You Will Need to Bring for Success:Proven B2B sales success (landscape maintenance, facilities, property services, or similar industries preferred)Strong network within HOAs, property management, CRE, or municipal marketsExperience navigating RFPs and complex decision-making processesConfident presenter in front of boards and executive groupsStrategic thinker who understands pricing, margins, and long-term contractsHighly organized with strong CRM disciplineSelf-driven, competitive, and motivated to exceed targetsBachelor's degree preferred (Business, Communications, Landscape Management, or related field).
