Our fasteners have earned the trust of numerous OEM's both domestically and internationally.Responsibilities:Setup and operate single and/or multiple cold header machines to produce quality product of any complexity.Plan and perform close tolerance setups with little or no assistance.Use scales, microscopes, micrometers, calipers and fixed gages to check and gage work.Load and unload product in the process using a forkliftMust be able to read and follow process standards, control plans and work instructionsStarts machine, observes operation, inspect first run and sample work pieces to ensure part conforms to specifications.Remove and install specified tooling at changeovers and make all necessary adjustments.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalentWillingness to learnGood attendanceStrong mechanical aptitudeAttention to detail and ability to work independentlyMay need to train on a different shiftBenefits:Bonus Opportunity for Attendance and QualityMedical, Dental, Vision, Short Term Disability, Life Insurance401K Retirement Plan after one year with up to a 10% company matchSix Paid Holidays, plus paid time off from Christmas Eve through New Year's DayUniforms$1.50/hr Shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift
