Senior Resident Chaplain The Senior Resident Chaplain, under CPE supervision, contributes to the humanizing of life and dissemination of God's love, throughout the organization, by way of pastoral visitation and counseling of patients and families; research, special projects or supervisory education as assigned; collegiality and consultation with staff; responsiveness to religious requirements of patients, families and staff, and proactive development of programs that nurture and improve life of internal and external guests. S/he will complete three units of Clinical Pastoral Education.Required:One year of ministryBachelor's degree and 2 units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE)Desired:One year of pastoral work in a healthcare settingMaster's degree and/or 3 units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE)
