Job Title: CNC machine operator Job Type: Full-time direct hire Job Location: Buffalo, NY (Onsite) Work Authorisation: US Citizen/GC Job Description Title: CNC Machine Operator FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Position Summary: Responsible for the production of parts according to FCMP quality standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Load bars on machines · Inspect parts folowing control plan · Starstop machines. · Level 1 maintenance (preventive) · Tool changes · Report information from the production cycle · Report on quality (SPC) · Maintain workstations and floors clean · Bring parts to the next area in the production cycle · Other duties as assigned Qualifications: “To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and possess the knowledge, sil, abilities, experience, and qualifications as outlined below: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: · Use of inspection equipment · SPC · Safety Knowledge · ‘Tool changes · Diagram reading · Computer Skis Education and Experience: · High School Diploma or GED · 1-3 years CNC Operation experience Work Environment: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those employee encounters. while performing the essential functions of this job in a manufacturing environment.
