Manpower connects qualified candidates with regional career opportunities worldwide and through our region of West Virginia, Ohio, Kentucky and beyond.Gain significant experience in the human resources and staffing field for a global powerhouse.**What You'll Do****Operational Leadership**+ **Run the Branch:** Oversee daily branch operations, maintaining efficient workflows, quality standards, and accountability across the team.+ **Lead a Small Team:** Directly manage and develop a team of Recruiters, providing coaching, performance feedback, and hands-on training to sharpen their skills and output.+ **Drive Client Fulfillment:** Oversee the full recruiting cycle - from candidate sourcing and screening to placement and retention - ensuring clients receive the workforce they need, on time and up to standard.+ **Manage Performance Metrics:** Monitor KPIs including fill rates, time-to-fill, retention rates, and client satisfaction scores. Hold yourself and your team accountable to continuous improvement.+ **Financial Oversight:** Manage branch-level forecasting, budgeting, and gross profit performance. Understand your numbers and make data-informed decisions to protect and grow the bottom line.**Business Development & Sales**+ **Prospect New Clients**+ **Build and Grow Relationships** .+ **Execute a Sales Strategy**+ **Negotiate and Close**+ **Market Intelligence****Talent Acquisition & Pipeline**+ **Source Aggressively:** Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using job boards, social media, community outreach, referrals, and direct recruiting techniques.+ **Innovate Recruiting:** Develop creative sourcing strategies tailored to the local labor market, including attending job fairs, partnering with schools and workforce agencies, and leveraging digital tools.+ **Improve Retention:** Implement onboarding and engagement practices that reduce turnover and increase associate satisfaction and tenure on client assignments.**What We're Looking For****Operations Background**+ 3-5+ years in an operations, branch, or site management role -+ Prior experience supervising small teams is a must****+ Proven ability to manage workflows, deadlines, and quality standards+ Background in human-resources, staffing/recruiting, manufacturing, logistics, distribution, finance/banking, healthcare ops, or similar fast-paced service environments preferred**Sales & Business Development**+ This role will involve lots of hands-on communication and problem solving.
