We follow ethical principles and always acknowledge the value each associate, partner, and client brings to the table.Key Tasks and ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications and solutions.Work extensively on Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS), and Service Cloud implementations. Sales Cloud experience is a plus.Develop and enhance Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Flows.Build and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to work on requirements and deliver scalable solutions.Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.Perform unit testing, code reviews, deployment activities, and production support.Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and Federal compliance requirements.Troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and provide ongoing enhancements.Skills and Qualifications6+ years of hands-on Salesforce Development experience.MUST: Salesforce Certifications: PD1, PD2.Added Advantage: Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) & Service Cloud.Experience with Sales Cloud is highly preferred.Strong proficiency in:ApexLightning Web Components (LWC)Aura ComponentsSOQL/SOSLSalesforce Flows and Process AutomationExperience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.Knowledge of Salesforce security model, profiles, roles, and permission sets.Experience working on US Federal/Government projects is preferred.Public Trust Clearance is required and eligible to obtain it.Salesforce certifications, such as Platform Developer I/II or Administrator, are required.Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Location- Virginia, US
