We are seeking a Senior Staff Software Engineer to lead API Engineering for a rapidly growing AI platform.Key responsibilities include: defining and executing multi-year technical strategies, leading high-impact initiatives, making major architectural decisions, partnering with research and infrastructure teams, mentoring engineers, and ensuring system reliability, security, and scalability.Qualifications: 12+ years of engineering experience, expertise in distributed systems and API architecture, strong technical decision-making skills, and ability to influence across teams.
