Whether through private equity, real estate, venture capital, or strategic consulting, we deliver impactful solutions that drive sustainable growth and shape a brighter future.DescriptionManhattan Funds is building a next-generation, multi-brand food platform across Go Bagels, Go Coffee, and Go Chocolate — and we’re looking for a People & Talent Manager to build and lead our entire hiring and HR function.This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who can operate across the full employee lifecycle — from sourcing candidates to onboarding and training.🥯 What You’ll DoYou will own and execute all aspects of talent, HR, and onboarding across multiple brands:Talent AcquisitionBuild and manage high-volume hiring pipelinesRecruit for hourly staff, shift leads, GMs, and multi-unit rolesSupport new store openings with full staffing executionHR & People OperationsManage and maintain all HR systems and personnel recordsOversee employee lifecycle (hiring, onboarding, performance tracking)Ensure basic HR compliance and operational structureOnboarding & TrainingDesign and execute onboarding processes for all new hiresLead onboarding sessions and ensure smooth integration into teamsSupport and coordinate job-specific training programsPartner with operations to ensure employees are set up for success from day oneProcess BuildingCreate scalable hiring, onboarding, and HR playbooksImprove time-to-hire, retention, and team performanceBuild systems that support rapid growth across locations🔍 Who You AreYou are a hands-on operator who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to build teams at scale.You likely have:4–8+ years in hospitality, QSR, or multi-unit retail recruiting/HRExperience managing end-to-end hiring and HR processesA track record of high-volume hiringExperience with HR systems and ATS platformsStrong organizational and execution skillsYou are:Highly versatile and resourcefulComfortable wearing multiple hatsDetail-oriented but fast-movingEqually comfortable with frontline staff and leadershipBonus if you’ve:Helped open new restaurant locationsBuilt HR or recruiting systems from scratchWorked in a high-growth or multi-brand environment⚡ Why This Role MattersYou will be responsible for building the people infrastructure behind a growing platform.Your work will directly impact:Store openingsTeam performanceCompany growth💰 CompensationBase salary: $80,000 – $120,000Performance-based bonusSignificant growth opportunity as the platform scales🚀 About Manhattan FundsManhattan Funds is a private investment firm focused on building and scaling consumer brands.
