How You’ll Make a Difference
As a Site Manager – Installation, you’ll be the on-site leader who brings our projects to life. You’ll guide teams, coordinate partners, and make sure every installation is completed safely, on time, and with pride. Your leadership will shape the daily experience on our job sites—and the lasting relationships we build with our customers.
What You’ll Do
Lead on-site installation projects from mobilization through completion, keeping safety, quality, schedule, and budget front and center.
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams while managing site logistics, documentation, and daily progress.
Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for customers, fostering trust through clear communication and steady leadership.
Champion SWS safety and quality standards, leading daily briefings and ensuring compliance with OSHA and customer requirements.
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of leadership experience in warehouse automation, material handling, or industrial installation environments (forklift experience is a bonus!)
Strong working knowledge of OSHA standards, mechanical/electrical systems, and installation best practices.
The ability to lead people, manage multiple stakeholders, and communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.
Comfort traveling up to 25% with a valid driver’s license (You'll primarily work at customer job sites within the DFW region and occasionally nationwide)
Proficiency in common project management tools.
