Temp To Perm Executive AssistantOur client, a Global Investment Bank, is looking to hire a Temp To Perm Executive Assistant to provide support to 4-5 Sr. Bankers. This role is in office 5x a week. This is a great opportunity to support a talented team of senior bankers at a fast paced and quickly growing company. The successful candidate must have a can do attitude, be a team player and have a great work ethic. This person should have high-energy, be self-directed, organized, resourceful and an engaging person accustomed to working in a high visibility position and being flexible. This job is complex and requires the highest level of direction and independent judgement.Responsibilities:Extensive Calendar Management/ Outlook - schedule internal/external meetings and appointments; coordinate conference rooms /calls.Reads, screens, refers and responds to incoming e-mail, ensuring that referrals are made, responses are gathered and relevant information is reported to/for the bankers.Answer phones professionally, field phone calls, address issues or redirect as appropriate, and distribute messages in a timely and appropriate mannerOrganize, gather and enter details for events/meetingsExpense Management compile and submit expense reports in a timely manner.Communicating and interacting internally with all levels of the group and across business functions, finance, personnel, and technology, as well as externally with clients and their teams.Assist with overflow, special projects, assistant back-up coverage and day-to-day tasks.Requirements:3-5 years investment banking or financial services support experience, executive-level support preferredStrong ability to remain flexible, resourceful, and professional in a fast-paced atmospherePolished and professional in person, phone and email communicationsHighly organized, detail-orientated, and able to multi-task efficientlyAble to handle regular activities without prompting or oversightExcellent verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook a mustDemonstrates a high level of initiative and a proactive approachFlexible to work overtime as neededIn person full timeSalary: $80-100K base (DOE) + paid OT+ discretionary bonus (once converted)Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm + flexibility for minimal OT as needed
