Privately HeldAbout the RoleThe Company is seeking a Vice President for Growth and Government Revenue. This senior leadership role is pivotal in managing the commercial team, with a strong focus on government revenue, strategic partnerships, and long-cycle capture. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies within the government and intelligence community, engaging with senior-level customers to build trust, and leading capture and deal strategies for complex programs. A key aspect of the role is the ability to hire and lead commercial, marketing, and government-facing teams, all while maintaining an active presence in the space community, particularly within the U.S. national security sector.Applicants for this role at The Company should have an executive-level presence with a proven ability to engage and influence in the DoD and IC. The ideal candidate will have a track record of success in scaling revenue, be comfortable in a hands-on operational role, and have a background that spans both software and hardware environments. A critical requirement is an active TS/SCI clearance, as the role involves strategic partnerships with primes and integrators and a deep understanding of the government and intelligence market. The position is designed for a relationship-first leader whose network, credibility, and execution capability can significantly accelerate adoption within the space community.Travel Percent
