The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, particularly in the banking domain. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Roles and Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java, Python, and React JS.Implement RESTful APIs and microservices architecture to enhance application performance.Utilize Kafka for real-time data processing and integration.Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.Participate in Agile practices, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning.Contribute to the development of Conversational AI features and functionalities.Ensure code quality through code reviews and adherence to best practices.Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline deployment processes.Mandatory Skills8+ years of experience in Java development.Strong proficiency in Python and React JS.Hands on Conversational AI Experience is needed;Experience with Kafka, RESTful APIs, Spring Boot, Microservices, GraphQL, and MongoDB.Proven experience in building large multi-system enterprise applications.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Small Banking domain experience is preferred
