No exceptions.The Role: Managing Director of Enterprise DeliveryJob Description: The Managing Director is the operational commander of CareBridge’s 4-month enterprise interventions. You are responsible for recruiting, hiring, and managing the 8-person specialized strike teams. Your primary objective is ensuring the flawless execution of our 120-day SLA guarantees across all active client portfolios. You are the ultimate escalation point. Because we deploy lean, highly specialized teams, you are a "player-coach." If a team member is absent, you must seamlessly step into the trenches—whether that means extracting clearinghouse data, retraining a hospital registration desk, or stepping into a boardroom to defend our ROI metrics to a hospital CFO.Location & Hybrid Structure: This is a highly collaborative, hybrid executive role. You are required to be on-site at our corporate headquarters in Altamonte Springs, Florida (located 20 minutes from Orlando) for a minimum of 8 days per month to strategize with the core leadership team.Geographic Residency Requirement: Due to our regional deployment logistics, all candidates must permanently reside in one of the following ten states: Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama, Louisiana, Illinois, Texas, or Arkansas. Applicants residing outside of this specific geographic footprint will be automatically disqualified.Executive Travel & Client Deployment: Because CareBridge deploys physical "strike teams" to enterprise health systems, this role requires significant executive travel. You must be prepared for intensive, on-site travel to client hospitals to directly interface with hospital C-suites, conduct initial workflow audits, and oversee the physical execution of our 120-day capital recovery interventions. (Note: All client-related travel, lodging, and logistics are fully covered under our top-tier executive expense allowance).Qualifications & Technical Requirements:The Unicorn Skillset: You must possess deep cross-functional expertise in front-end EMR architecture (Epic/Cerner), healthcare change management, and RCM data analytics.Proven track record of hiring, leading, and scaling elite healthcare consulting teams.Exceptional crisis management and project management skills; absolute intolerance for missed deadlines or scope creep.Minimum Education & Experience:Education: Master’s Degree required (MHA, MBA, or MS in Health Informatics).Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in Tier-1 healthcare revenue cycle consulting, with at least 5 years managing direct reports and owning multi-million-dollar project P&Ls.Compensation & Executive Benefits Package:Minimum Base Salary: $180,000Language Premium: An additional $10,000 to $12,000 applied directly to the base salary for fully bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency, as verified during the interview process.Performance Structure: Overall practice profitability bonuses and team-wide SLA completion bonuses.Benefits: 100% employer-paid premium medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with 6% match, unlimited executive PTO, and top-tier travel/expense allowance.
