Key Responsibilities Set vision and direction for platform design in collaboration with Product and Engineering leaders Manage and mentor a team of product designers, providing feedback and supporting career development Guide the design of foundational concepts and frameworks for scalability and flexibility across the platform Required Qualifications Experience managing and developing product designers Strong design craft across visual, interaction, and UX Deep understanding of the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery Proven ability to partner with Product and Engineering on complex initiatives Fluency in Figma and design systems
