As Elevate continues to expand, we are looking for a highly motivated provider who is passionate about aesthetics, patient outcomes, continued education, and being part of a strong, high-performing team.This is an opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a respected, luxury-focused aesthetic practice — not simply clock in and out.Role DescriptionElevate Medical Spa is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Nashville team in a part-time, on-site role.The ideal candidate has at least 2+ years of hands-on experience in aesthetics and is confident performing or continuing to grow in treatments such as neurotoxins, dermal fillers, regenerative aesthetics, skin rejuvenation, laser treatments, IV therapy, peptide therapy, and wellness-based services.We are looking for a provider who is clinically sharp, hardworking, reliable, coachable, professional, and deeply aligned with Elevate’s standards of care. This role requires someone who takes ownership, communicates well, values safety and documentation, and understands that luxury patient care is built through both results and experience.The Aesthetic NP or PA will perform consultations, develop individualized treatment plans, provide non-surgical aesthetic and wellness treatments, maintain accurate medical records, follow established protocols, and contribute to a collaborative team culture focused on excellence.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Perform comprehensive patient consultations and create customized treatment plans based on patient goals, anatomy, medical history, and clinical appropriateness.Perform non-surgical aesthetic treatments, which may include neurotoxins, dermal fillers, skin rejuvenation treatments, laser therapies, regenerative treatments, IV therapy, peptide therapy, and other services within provider training and scope.Maintain exceptional standards for patient safety, informed consent, documentation, charting, follow-up care, and treatment planning.Educate patients clearly and professionally on treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, aftercare, maintenance, and long-term aesthetic planning.Support Elevate’s commitment to natural, balanced, refined results.Stay current on aesthetic industry advancements, product knowledge, protocols, safety standards, and best practices.Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless luxury patient experience from consultation through follow-up.Represent Elevate Medical Spa with professionalism, warmth, discretion, and strong attention to detail.Contribute to a positive, accountable, growth-minded team culture.QualificationsCurrent and active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Tennessee.Minimum of 2+ years of experience in aesthetics strongly preferred.Experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers strongly preferred.Experience with peptide therapy, IV therapy, wellness services, laser treatments, regenerative aesthetics, or advanced skin rejuvenation treatments is highly valued.Strong understanding of facial anatomy, patient safety, contraindications, aesthetic assessment, and treatment planning.Excellent communication skills and ability to build patient trust through education, professionalism, and warmth.Strong work ethic, reliability, and desire to grow within a luxury aesthetic practice.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment with high standards.Ability to follow protocols, maintain detailed medical records, and prioritize patient safety.Professional appearance, positive attitude, and alignment with Elevate’s elevated patient experience.Must be coachable, team-oriented, and open to continued education and skill development.
