Sous Chef / Line Cook

Responsibilities Lead food preparation and cooking activities on the line, ensuring dishes meet presentation and quality standards. Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating innovative ideas to enhance guest satisfaction. Help support & grow a catering program. Monitor kitchen operations during busy periods, ensuring timely delivery of orders and smooth workflow. Cook fun, quality dishes in a fast-paced enviornment. Requirements Proven experience in dining establishments with strong culinary skills and food production expertise. Knowledge of dietary department standards and food handling safety procedures. Familiarity with inventory management, food service management, and catering operations. Ability to lead shift management activities including scheduling, task delegation, and quality control. Strong background in kitchen management, food safety practices, and restaurant experience. Excellent communication skills with a passion for serving high-quality cuisine in a fast-paced setting.
