Wholesale Account Manager
Wholesale ManagerHOLST + LEE | Charleston, SCHOLST + LEE is seeking a highly organized and relationship-focused Wholesale Manager to oversee and support our growing wholesale business. This role is responsible for managing key retail accounts, maintaining wholesale platforms, and ensuring seamless order execution from placement through fulfillment.⸻Responsibilities* Manage and maintain relationships with existing wholesale accounts* Serve as the primary point of contact for account communication, reorders, and updates* Oversee wholesale platforms, including Faire* Manage backend portals for major retail partners such as Nordstrom and Anthropologie* Ensure product listings, inventory, pricing, and order details are accurate and up to date* Coordinate order processing, shipping, and billing in partnership with internal teams and showroom support* Track order timelines and ensure on-time, accurate fulfillment* Maintain organized records of orders, invoices, and account activity* Collaborate cross-functionally with production and operations to support inventory and delivery timelines⸻Qualifications* 3+ years of experience in wholesale, account management, or related field* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail* Experience with wholesale platforms and retail portals preferred* Excellent communication and relationship management skills* Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment* Proactive, dependable, and solutions-oriented⸻Compensation* Competitive salary based on experience* Opportunity for performance-based bonus
