**Job Title: Environmental Engineer - Water Treatment Plant Operator (MDE Class 2)**

**Job Description:**
As an Environmental Engineer at R&T Technologies, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of water treatment plants, calibration of instruments, and air quality monitoring. Your key duties will include:
- Operating and monitoring water treatment processes to ensure compliance with environmental standards.
- Calibrating and maintaining instruments and equipment used in food and water systems and air quality monitoring.
- Conducting air quality assessments and implementing measures to improve environmental performance.
- Collaborating with the team to identify and resolve operational issues.
- Documenting operational data and preparing reports for management review.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in water treatment plant operations is preferred, but not required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
