First Impressions and Talent Coordinator

You will shape the daily workplace experience while also playing a critical role in building our production workforce. From greeting visitors to coordinating hiring pipelines, you ensure every interaction, whether in-person or virtual, reflects a high-performing, people-first culture. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being at the center of operations, and is energized by both human connection and talent acquisition.ResponsibilitiesServe as the welcoming face of Nordis, greeting visitors, clients, and employees with warmth and professionalismRepresent the company’s culture and brand in every interactionMaintain a clean, organized, and visually engaging front desk and common areasCreate an environment that feels polished, energetic, and ready for both employees and guestsAnticipate needs and proactively elevate the employee and visitor experienceManage incoming calls, route inquiries effectively, and provide accurate informationTake and relay messages with strong attention to detailManage snack, beverage, and office supply inventory, including ordering and organizationPartner with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operationsSupport internal processes, including voting procedures and client-related administrative requirementsProvide administrative support to the People & Culture team as neededOwn coordination of the full recruiting lifecycle for production-related roles, including:Sourcing candidates across job boards and internal pipelinesConducting initial resume reviews and screening conversationsScheduling interviews and managing candidate communicationsEnsuring a seamless, professional, and timely candidate experiencePartnering with hiring managers to align on role requirements, timelines, and candidate flowTracking recruiting activity and maintaining accurate candidate recordsIdentifying opportunities to improve hiring speed, efficiency, and candidate quality for high-volume rolesQualificationsExperience in reception, administrative support, or recruiting coordinationStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to build rapportHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyDetail-oriented with a proactive, solution-focused mindsetComfortable using office technology, phone systems, and Microsoft Office toolsExperience supporting recruiting or high-volume hiring environments is a strong plus
