Harrison County Professional Salary ScheduleEMPLOYMENT: 200 daysFUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:Assists classroom teachers in the identification of eligible students by participating in grouping/placement meetings; providing assessment results; distributing, collecting and compiling teacher checklist forms for selection of students for Title I servicesDelivers Title I reading and math instruction to identified Title I students as described in the county and school Title I project and based on student needProvides instruction in class or pull-out based on student need and best practicesDiagnoses student needs by administering assessment and evaluation instruments identified in the Title I projectIdentifies student strengths and weaknesses based on assessment and evaluation dataPrepares lesson plans for Title I identified studentsEffectively implements all required components of the county and school projectsMaintains accurate, complete records as required by law, county policy, and Title I regulations.
