Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair.
Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to create a lively and welcoming atmosphere.
Manage POS CLOVER system for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales tracking.
Ensure all food safety and food handling standards are strictly followed to maintain health regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with sanitation protocols.
Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and tracking beverage levels to ensure seamless service.
Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service during busy nights, banquets, or special events such as nightclub nights or catering functions.
Create engaging and colorful digital content for social media channels and outlets
Recommended Experience
Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, ideally within fine dining, nightclub environments, or banquet settings.
Demonstrated proficiency in POS systems like CLOVER, TOAST, SQUARE; experience with cashiering and cash handling is preferred.
Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques including brewing, mixing cocktails, and wine service.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
Background in customer service with the ability to connect authentically with diverse guests.
Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
Previous experience working in retail math or restaurant environments that require basic math skills for transactions and inventory management.
