Process Technician
Process TechnicianThe Process Technician will troubleshoot injection-molding machines, perform line-side process adjustments, and support mold changes. Candidates must be flexible with their schedules based on business needs; it could be morning shift or second shift with $1.00 difference on the second shift. The position may require day, night, or occasional weekend coverage.Primary responsibilities:Set up and operate various injection-molding machinesComplete line-side process adjustmentsPerform assigned mold changes safely and promptlyProvide technical support to Production, Tooling, and Quality ControlChange, hook up, and adjust end-of-arm toolingReplace suction cups, vacuum lines, broken arm segments, and related componentsTroubleshoot injection-mold process issues and adjust as neededEnsure cycle-time and part-quality goals are achievedFollow all workplace safety proceduresQualifications:At least three years of experience troubleshooting injection-molding machinesStrong mechanical aptitudeManufacturing software or WMS experienceStrong attention to detailEffective problem-solving skillsAbility to continuously improve quality and productivityAbility to adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environmentStrong communication and teamworkAbility to perform manual labor and stand for extended periodsAbility to work in a hot manufacturing environment
