Our collaborative environment allows attorneys and staff to grow professionally while making a meaningful impact on clients’ lives.Position OverviewWe are seeking a Litigation Attorney to join our growing Employment Law team with a focus on PAGA matters. This role is ideal for an attorney with strong litigation experience who is looking to expand into the PAGA and employment law space. Prior PAGA experience is NOT required; however, litigation experience is required. The attorney will work closely with leadership, paralegals, and support staff to manage cases from inception through resolution.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle employment litigation matters, including PAGA-related cases, from pre-litigation through trial preparationDraft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, meet and confer letters, and other legal documentsConduct legal research and develop litigation strategiesRepresent clients in hearings, mediations, depositions, and court appearancesParticipate in settlement negotiations with opposing counselCollaborate with paralegals, case managers, and attorneys to move cases efficientlyMaintain compliance with court deadlines, ethical standards, and firm proceduresCommunicate professionally with clients regarding case updates and litigation strategyQualificationsActive California Bar license in good standingMinimum of 2-3 years of litigation experience requiredEmployment law or PAGA experience is a plus, but not requiredStrong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skillsAbility to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skillsTeam-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departmentsWhy Join UsAnnual salary: $150,000 - $250,000 + attorney feesFull benefits package including 401(k), health, dental, vision, PTO, and paid holidaysOpportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding litigation firmSupportive and collaborative team cultureDirect mentorship and hands-on litigation experienceIf you are a motivated litigation attorney looking to grow your career in employment litigation and PAGA matters with a dynamic Glendale law firm, we’d love to hear from you.
