Along with coordinating with sales department, shipping, receiving, customer, delivery truck services and the logistics operations.Job ResponsibilitiesAssist customer with product questions, ordering, order trackingIssue credits or debits accurately when applicableAnswer incoming callsCategorize, file, and maintain ship ticket copies for audit purposes and file all customer recordsOther duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as neededPrepare delivery tickets and related shipping documentsUnderstand the product availability and logistic issues of specific projectsCheck and review all orders assigned before they are shipped against delivery ticketsCoordinate deliveries with company truck drivers and external trucking companies to ensure timely delivery of materials to customersJob RequirementsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
