Onsite: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday in Fremont, CA
Requirements:
B.S. degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Engineering or a related technical field.
The client is looking for someone who has personally designed, built, deployed, and supported production integrations.5+ years of professional software engineering, building and running production services.
Strong production Python, plus GitHub, CI/CD and infrastructure as code.
AWS experience you have built and operated yourself: IAM, networking, containers and deployment.
Designing REST APIs and queue-based integrations, including failure handling.
Relational databases and SQL, ideally PostgreSQL.Clear communication with lab staff, QA and vendors.
