Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday training schedule; onsiteOrientation: Monday, June 8Go‑Live Date: Tuesday, June 9Start Date: May 5thEnd Date: June 26thOverviewA large healthcare network based in CT is preparing for the Epic go‑live of a newly acquired four‑location pediatric practice consisting of approximately 130 employees and 35 providers. This organization is mid‑sized compared to other Community Connect customers within the network, which currently supports around 42 connected practices. We are seeking two experienced Epic Trainers to deliver end‑user training, support orientation activities, and ensure a smooth transition to the Epic foundation system. Trainers will work closely with the principal trainer and project leadership to execute a structured Tuesday–Saturday training schedule leading up to go‑live. Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver Epic training across Cadence, Ambulatory, and related workflows for front desk staff, call center teams, providers, nurses, and medical assistants.Conduct two Cadence classes (front desk and call center), covering scheduling, registration, and basic CHEERS CRM functionality.Facilitate provider‑focused training sessions including encounters, documentation, note writing, and In Basket workflows.Lead clinical support staff classes for nurses and MAs.Support orientation on Monday, June 8, providing 4–6 hours of at‑the‑elbow guidance.Participate in a full run‑through of all training classes on June 5–6.Complete self‑study and lesson plan review on June 7 (badging day).Split time between two designated training rooms, adjusting delivery based on class size and workflow needs.Incorporate prerecorded CHEERS CRM modules when appropriate and guide learners through hands‑on practice afterward.Maintain alignment with the organization’s Epic foundation build and ensure consistency across training materials.Support express lane workflows where applicable.Provide onsite support during go‑live on Tuesday, June 9.
