This position manages all areas of marketing for theorganization, including branding, advertising, website management,digital marketing, social media, graphic design, videography, contentcreation, public relations, community engagement, trade shows, andpromotional activities.The Director of Marketing develops and implements marketing strategiesthat support the companys sales, business development, recruiting, andgrowth objectives. This role works closely with leadership, sales,operations, human resources, and other departments to strengthen thecompanys brand, increase visibility, generate leads, and promote theorganization within the community and marketplace.Director Of Marketing Duties And ResponsibilitiesStrategic Marketing Leadership Develop and execute the companys overall marketing strategy inalignment with business goals and growth objectives. Lead all marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, supportsales efforts, strengthen customer relationships, and promote thecompanys products and services. Serve as the senior leader for all marketing, branding,communications, and promotional activities. Develop annual marketing plans, budgets, goals, and performancemetrics. Evaluate market trends, competitive activity, customer needs, andemerging marketing opportunities. Identify new methods and channels to improve the companys marketpresence and community visibility.Brand Management and Corporate Communications Develop, maintain, and strengthen the companys brand identity,messaging, and visual standards. Ensure consistent branding across all company materials, locations,digital platforms, and communications. Oversee development of brochures, presentations, advertisements,signage, promotional materials, and sales support materials. Manage all internal and external communications, including companyannouncements, newsletters, press releases, and public relationsefforts. Coordinate messaging and communications during significant companyevents, announcements, or crises.Website and Digital Marketing Direct the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement ofthe company website. Ensure the company website accurately represents the organization,products, services, culture, and employment opportunities. Oversee website content, search engine optimization (SEO), onlineadvertising, and digital campaigns. Monitor website traffic, analytics, user engagement, and leadgeneration performance. Manage email marketing campaigns, online content strategies, anddigital marketing initiatives. Ensure all digital marketing efforts align with branding and companyobjectives.Social Media and Online PresenceLead all company social media efforts across platforms such as LinkedIn,Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant channels.Develop and manage content calendars, social media campaigns, and onlineengagement strategies.Create and oversee content that promotes products, company culture,employee achievements, recruiting
