Job Title: Project Engineer / Construction Manager (OSHPD Experience)Location: Palo Alto, CA \Job Description:We are seeking a Project Engineer / Construction Manager with strong OSHPD (Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development) experience to support healthcare construction projects at Stanford Healthcare. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing hospital or healthcare facility projects, ensuring compliance with California healthcare regulations and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day construction activities for healthcare projects Ensure compliance with OSHPD regulations, codes, and inspection requirements Coordinate with architects, contractors, engineers, and stakeholders Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards Support inspections, documentation, and project closeout activities Required Skills: Strong experience with OSHPD/HCAI healthcare construction projects Knowledge of California building codes and healthcare compliance standards Experience in hospital or medical facility construction Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project timelines Preferred: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Experience with large-scale healthcare projects PMP or related certification is a plus
