Code Ninjas is looking for someone who has strong customer service and organizational skills. This position will primarily be forward facing clients i.e. greeting arrivals, checking in on clients via email, keeping the office space presentable, and updating files. We are a small business and value a strong culture. We like to make sure employees and clients are equally happy. With this, we expect a positive attitude and pride in keeping the space thriving. This is a part time job. The available hours are primarily Tues-Fri 3:30pm-6:30pm. There is very real potential to move into an Office Manager role, given the desire and aptitude. This comes with more responsibility and higher pay, plus incentives. These duties and expectations will not be put on you prior to moving into that position. Please be responsive to communication.
