We offer base pay plus commission and bonuses with unlimited earning potential!Compensation & Perks$16.00/hour+ commission & bonus eligibilityTarget annual earnings: $50,000 + Unlimited Earning Potential!Paid training401(k) with profit sharingTuition reimbursementEmployee discountsWhat You’ll DoEngage in daily residential canvassing door to door to generate qualified sales consultations.Schedule appointment consultations for our sales team.Record leads & appointments in Salesforce CRM.Attend training and team meetings.Manage changing schedules, stay organized & self-driven.Hours: 20–29 hours per week, Tuesday– Friday, 4:00 pm–8:00 pm & Saturday, 10:00 am – 2:00 pmWhat You NeedStrong verbal communication & customer service skillsReliable transportation, valid driver’s license, clean driving recordComfortable standing, walking, and interacting outdoorsWillingness to learn systems (CRM, email tools)Self-motivated, dependable, goal-orientedHigh School Diploma or GEDCondition of Employment: Post-offer background check, MVR Check, and drug screen required.
