DescriptionPosition: Assistant Maintenance SupervisorMontfort Place Apartments (350 Units) - Dallas, TX 5445 Preston Oaks Road, Dallas, TX 75254 www.MontfortPlaceApartments.com Gaines Investment Trust is seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Maintenance Supervisor to support operations at Montfort Place, a 350-unit apartment community in North Dallas. This role is ideal for a strong Maintenance Technician ready to step into a leadership position while continuing to work hands-on with the team.
