Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with dispatch experience to support our transportation operations team. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate documentation, maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards, and contribute to the efficient coordination of daily activities.Key Responsibilities Manage and organize dispatch documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policiesReview and audit trip records and driver documentation to verify billing accuracy and adherence to operational proceduresAccurately enter and maintain trip data within internal systemsTrack and update records related to loads, routes, and driver activityAssist in maintaining compliance with DOT regulations and internal company standardsProvide general administrative support to enhance team efficiency and workflowQualifications Prior experience in administrative support, preferably within transportation, logistics, or dispatch operationsStrong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environmentStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced settingCore Competencies Positive attitude and strong work ethicHigh level of motivation and accountabilityCommitment to teamwork and organizational goals
