Material Handler

Are you reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to be part of a growing team? MasterMold is looking for dedicated Material Handlers to support our production teams by managing raw materials, supplies, and product staging. 2nd shift Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm Key Responsibilities: Safely operate forklifts, hand jacks, and pallet handling equipment Receive, handle, and stock incoming materials and supplies Stage parts and product to meet production demands Follow work instructions and adhere to all safety protocols Maintain knowledge of customer standards for proper loading/unloading Handle materials with care and precision to avoid damage Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred One year of related experience Must be reliable and organized with strong math skills Certified forklift operator or willing to be certified on the job Team-oriented with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement Valid driver’s license for forklift operation Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 30 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally Comfortable with standing, walking, stooping, reaching, and using hand tools Will work in a warehouse environment near moving machinery and variable weather conditions Why Join Us?
