Sign Production Specialist & Installer

Production & Installation SpecialistFASTSIGNS of Bend, OregonFull-Time | MondayFriday | $20$23/hour to startFASTSIGNS of Bend is looking for a hands-on, reliable, computer-savvy person to join our production and installation team. You do not need sign industry experience. We can teach you how to make and install signs. What we do need is someone who is smart, dependable, good with technology, comfortable working with tools, and willing to do physical work. This is a great fit for someone who likes variety and does not want to sit at a desk all day. Some days you will be in the shop helping produce signs, graphics, decals, banners, displays, and vehicle graphics. Other days you will be out in the field helping install signs, make deliveries, take measurements, dig holes, climb ladders, and solve real-world problems. If you like working with your hands, using technology, learning new skills, and seeing your work out in the community, this could be a great opportunity.This role is roughly a 50/50 split between shop production and field installation. In the shop, you may help with:Running or learning large-format printers and production equipmentPreparing graphics, signs, banners, decals, and displaysCutting, trimming, laminating, mounting, and finishing sign projectsWorking with materials like vinyl, plastics, metal, wood, and printed graphicsReading work orders and making sure details are correctHelping keep the production area clean, organized, and efficientIn the field, you may help with:Installing signs, graphics, decals, displays, and other visual productsMaking deliveries to customersTaking measurements and checking job sitesUsing ladders and basic toolsDigging holes and helping with post-and-panel sign installationsWorking safely and professionally at customer locationsYou'll work alongside an experienced production and installation team member and receive hands-on training.
