Lead Hardware Engineer
Note: US Citizenship Required.
Responsibilities Analyze, design, and develop conventional analog and digital circuits.
Conduct moderate to complex design reviews to demonstrate product and circuit robustness.
Develop hardware specifications and prepare system level specifications.
Write and analyze test plans, execute tests, and evaluate test results for use at peer design reviews and project notebooks.
Prepare and maintain product documentation, including datasheets, instruction manuals, project notebooks, and design and test documentation.
Provide and maintain accurate project plans.
Manage and/or lead hardware projects of moderate complexity.
Coordinate engineering activities with purchasing and manufacturing.
Mentor and direct the efforts of engineers and technicians.
Required Qualifications B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5+ years of combined experience in at least two of the following areas: Analog circuit design, analysis, and simulation
Digital circuit design, analysis, and simulation
Microprocessor and FPGA system design
Data acquisition and mixed system design
Ethernet and fiber optic communications interface design
Switching power supply design
Electromagnetic compatibility and standards compliance experience (plus)
Hands‑on experience with prototyping (plus)
PCB layout experience (plus)
Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of one or more of the following: Analog electronics industrial controls design
Digital and mixed signal electronics design
Industrial controls
3-phase and electric power systems
Electric utility telecommunications

Pay Range $115,290 – $170,349. Starting pay is determined individually and may vary based on relevant experience and qualifications.
