Key Responsibilities Manage complex commercial litigation cases from analysis and strategy through trial and arbitration Draft pre-trial pleadings and motions related to breach of contract, real property disputes, and other commercial claims Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop case strategies and provide legal advice Required Qualifications 6+ years of complex commercial litigation experience at an AmLaw 200 firm or a sophisticated boutique firm Excellent academic credentials from a U.S. accredited law school Outstanding references Licensed and in good standing in California Experience with breach of contract, real property disputes, and securities class actions
