Job Description: We are looking for a Licensed Psychologist to provide therapy, psychological assessments, and evidence-based treatment to individuals, families, and groups. The ideal candidate will work closely with our multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and therapists, to ensure patients receive comprehensive mental health care. Key Responsibilities: Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions. Perform psychological assessments and testing, including cognitive and emotional evaluations. Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and evidence-based practices. Collaborate with our team of mental health professionals to coordinate care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines. Participate in case consultations, staff meetings, and continuing education to stay current with mental health best practices. Qualifications: Doctoral degree in psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited institution. Active licensure as a Psychologist in the state of New Jersey. Experience in conducting therapy and psychological testing. Strong understanding of a variety of therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
