Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative based in Media, PA. The Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs, providing personalized solutions, and achieving sales targets. Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, maintaining relationships with policyholders, explaining policy features and benefits, and processing policy modifications. The role also involves actively participating in team initiatives and community events to promote the agency’s presence in the local area. Qualifications Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service with strong negotiation and persuasion skillsAbility to develop strategies for client acquisition and retentionEffective Communication, Listening, and Interpersonal skills to build strong client relationshipsTime Management and Organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficientlyFamiliarity with insurance products, terms, and regulations is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferredAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentProficiency in using CRM software or similar tools for managing client interactions
