The position reports to the General Accounting Manager. The day-to-day will be focused on producing high-quality, detailed work based on established standards, guidelines, and procedures. The job knowledge and competency will be built through structured step-by-step training with the support of management and peers. This role requires collaboration with Sales/Customer Service, Production Scheduling, and Logistics.  Responsibilities:Order Entry and Billing function utilizing Infor XA ERP softwareGenerate daily and monthly sales reports for staff Handle EDI transactions with customersClosing of the monthly billing cycleServe as backup for accounts receivable and accounts payable functions and other miscellaneous functions to assist the General Accounting Manager.Requirements Minimum of 3 yrs.
