Sous Chef

Casual American all day restaurant looking for a strong sous chef to continue its excellence in food. Must have experience working in large operations and the creative mind to dish for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner. Need to be organized and a strong team player and be able to handle a fast paced operation. You will be responsible in assisting our executive chef for all aspects of the kitchen including the menu, staffing, training the staff and ensuring the restaurant is kept clean and organized. We have high expectations of our entire team and know that a great staff can accomplish great things. Prior experience working in high volume restaurants a must. 5 day work week, weekends and holidays a must. Summary In the role of a Sous Chef, you will be integral to the effective management of food service operations, overseeing inventory control and kitchen management. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will utilize your core skills in food preparation and catering to ensure high-quality dining experiences. Your premium skills in team management and leadership will be essential in supervising staff and enhancing service delivery.
