Job Description :Schedule1st Shift 6:00am - 3:30pm (Monday - Thursday) 6:00am - Noon (Friday)SummaryWelds fixtured aluminum frames together with a variety of arc and gas welding equipment by performing the following duties.Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned.)· Welds aluminum components together using gas welding or any combination of arc welding processes.· Performs related tasks such as thermal cutting and grinding.· Repairs broken or cracked parts, and fills holes when necessary.· Positions and fixtures components of fabricated metal products preparatory to welding.· Reads and interprets blueprints, sketches, or product specifications.· Trims, files, grinds, deburrs, buffs, and smoothes surfaces.· Inspects assemblies and installation for conformance to specifications.· Responsible to maintain an environment of human dignity and ethical behavior with our associates, families, customers, suppliers, and communities.· Responsible to maintain a safe and healthy work environment. Unsafe conditions or acts are to be corrected in a timely fashion.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
