Manager, Electrical Design & Engineering

The Engineering Manager, Electrical Design & Engineering, is responsible for leading ABECs global Electrical Engineering and Electrical Design functions in support of bioprocessing equipment solutions. This role provides engineering leadership, execution oversight, and organizational structure for the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems across customer projects, products, and service initiatives. The position manages a global team of Electrical Engineers, Electrical Designers, Team Leads, and third-party engineering partners and is accountable for delivery performance, resource planning, quality, standardization, and continuous improvement. Success in this role requires strong engineering management capability, sound technical judgment, and the ability to drive execution across a distributed global organization while effectively leveraging both internal and external engineering resources.
