Regional Manager
Amtex Insurance is seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Manager to oversee operations across the San Antonio/Austin area. This leadership role is responsible for driving performance, supporting District Managers, and ensuring consistent execution of company standards across multiple locations.We are looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at team development, and is passionate about delivering results.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee operations across multiple locations within the San Antonio/Austin regionRecruit, screen, interview, and hire high-performing agents and team membersLead, coach, and develop District Managers to achieve sales and operational goalsFoster a positive, high-performance work environment with a strong focus on customer serviceSet clear expectations, conduct performance evaluations, and provide ongoing feedbackMonitor attendance, productivity, and adherence to company policies and proceduresCreate and manage weekly schedules for District Managers to ensure proper coverageHandle escalated customer service issues with professionalism and urgencyTrack regional performance metrics and implement strategies to drive resultsIdentify growth opportunities, including new office locations and market expansion in the San Antonio areaPreferred QualificationsActive Insurance Producer License or Limited Lines License preferred3+ years of sales experience, including multi-location supervisory or management experienceProven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and meet or exceed targetsStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to multitask, problem-solve, and adapt in a fast-paced environmentBilingual (English/Spanish)Experience with Non-Standard insuranceScheduleMonday to FridayRotating weekends, with additional availability as business needs requireWork EnvironmentIn-person role, including both office and field-based responsibilitiesRegular travel within the San Antonio/Austin regionBenefitsHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off (PTO)Competitive base salaryCompany Vehicle/Fuel Card for Work TravelCompensation$75,000 - $90,000 AnnuallyWhy Join Amtex Insurance?This is an opportunity to take ownership of a growing region and make a direct impact on business success.
