Do not submit remote candidates.)Client: ST of MS(MDCPS - MS Dept of Child Protection Services)C2C is Fine - H1B/GC/USC/EAD-H4,GCDue Date: Oct/11Note: Local to Jackson, MS candidates has the first preference among other candidates.OBJECTIVE:MDCPS seeks an experienced professional with a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes, or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment to meet customer needs. Demonstrates expertise in delivering functional and technical solutions on moderately complex configurations. Effectively consults with management. Participate in business development activities. Develop detailed solutions for rather involved projects.POSITION SUMMARY:This position is full-time (40 hours weekly) and requires an individual to direct the implementation of a new CCWIS Cloud-Based hosted solution. This individual will also provide project management services to the CIO and the agency executive staff on other projects when required.Major Responsibilities• IT Project Management;• Project Documentation;• Plan, Organize, and Lead Project Meetings;• Other IT-related tasks as agreed upon by the parties;• IT Procurement consultation;• Coordinate the PMO team.Required Skills/Experience• To be considered, all proposed consultants must meet the following mandatory requirements:• Ten (10) years of IT Project Management experience• Five (7) years of IT Integration experience• Four (7) years of managing software implimentation projects• Excellent English-speaking skills, written communication skills, and knowledge transfer skillsPreferred/Not RequiredProvide any skills/experience that would be helpful for the candidate to possess but not required. Examples: Previous supervisoryexperience, WebLogic experience helpful, etc.Preferred Qualifications:• Experience in Child Welfare processes and workflows• Experience with federal requirements for Child Welfare management systems• Ability to communicate effectively• Ability to build a positive rapport with team members• Ability to manage conflict between team members and vendors• Ability to manage changes in objectives with little to no notice• Experience developing and maintaining meticulous documentation of project activitiesThanksVijay| Warrior Tech Solutions LLCVijay@warriortechsolutions.com
